Chat Support Assistant (Work from Home / Flexible Hours / No Experience Required)

Are you comfortable with written customer interactions? We’re seeking talented chat support professionals to handle customer inquiries from your home office. This position focuses entirely on text-based assistance, eliminating the need for phone support. You’ll respond to customer messages through website chat platforms and Facebook Messenger, delivering help whenever it’s needed.

Role responsibilities: You’ll spend your time answering customer questions through live chat channels, helping them navigate solutions, addressing concerns, handling order requests, and ensuring customer records stay current. Your goal is to resolve issues efficiently and leave every customer satisfied.

Contract duration: Ongoing

Compensation: $35 hourly

Required experience and abilities:

  • A computer or mobile device capable of connecting to the internet for messaging and social platforms.
  • The capacity to work independently, follow guidelines carefully, and remain consistently available.
  • Availability for at minimum 5 hours weekly.
  • Fast and stable internet access is mandatory.

Weekly availability: Flexible scheduling between 5 and 40 hours based on your personal schedule.

Position location: Fully remote, based anywhere with UK preference.
