Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle social media accounts across multiple platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube for different client businesses.
- Respond to customer inquiries, publish content regularly, and build stronger digital engagement for the brands you support.
Compensation:
- $35 hourly.
Required Qualifications:
- A computer, mobile device, or tablet paired with consistent high-speed internet access.
- Solid written communication abilities in English.
Experience Level:
- No prior experience required. This role welcomes beginners to the customer support and live chat field. Full onboarding and training will be delivered to set you up for success.
