Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer messages via live chat, answer questions, share relevant product information, and communicate current promotions.
- Deliver quick, helpful responses that leave customers feeling supported and valued.
- Create a smooth, pleasant experience for shoppers and support seekers throughout their customer journey.
Compensation: $35 hourly.
What We Need From You:
- A computer, phone, or tablet with reliable internet access.
- Solid written English communication skills.
- Previous experience isn’t required, as full onboarding and training will be supplied.
