We’re seeking a Remote Customer Chat Specialist to deliver exceptional support across our digital platforms. You’ll engage with clients through messaging channels, answering their inquiries and guiding them through our product ecosystem while ensuring every interaction is smooth and productive.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat channels, troubleshooting issues and offering practical solutions.
  • Walk customers through product capabilities and how to use different functions effectively.
  • Develop positive relationships with users to create a memorable support experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Computer or mobile device with stable internet access capable of running chat and web platforms.
  • Capacity to manage your workload autonomously and follow detailed direction.
  • Availability of at least 10 hours weekly.
  • Dependable broadband connection for uninterrupted engagement.

Location: Work from anywhere with internet access globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.

Hours per Week: Minimum 10 hours weekly, with the option to set your own work schedule.
