Day-to-Day Responsibilities: You’ll serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers visiting online storefronts, answering questions about promotions, policies, product details, and more. Operating through live chat channels, you’ll deliver helpful answers using our comprehensive knowledge base and documentation. When situations become more intricate, you’ll have your supervisor available to provide guidance and support.

Contract Duration: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Required Skills and Background:

  • Working device for accessing chat platforms and web applications, including smartphones, tablets, or computers.
  • Capacity to work independently while adhering to explicit guidelines.
  • Availability for minimum 20 hours weekly.
  • Dependable broadband connection.

Work Location: 100% remote, with preference given to applicants based in the United States.
