Day-to-day responsibilities: Managing incoming chat conversations across multiple business websites and social channels will be your main focus. You’ll answer customer questions, share relevant product links, communicate promotional offers, and maintain fast response rates while keeping up with all incoming messages.

Compensation: $35 hourly
Essential experience: A computer or mobile device capable of accessing website chats and messaging platforms is required. You’ll need to manage your own schedule independently, follow procedures carefully, and maintain a minimum of 5 hours per week availability.
Weekly commitment: Anywhere from 5 to 40 hours, completely flexible
